Natalie Park, MSW (she/her; Seattle, WA, USA)

My name is Natalie Park and I am an MSW/Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker. I live in the Seattle, WA area and enjoy ferries, Puget Sound, Mt. Rainier, and all the greenery. My pronouns are she-her and I am half Mexican and half Caucasian. I am married to my husband Seth and we are the proud parents of two dogs (Tobi and Daisy) and two cats (Oso and Molly). I have been a social worker for the past 9 years working in the field of hospice and grief support services.

I have been fully vegan for 4 months and I am fully committed. I went vegan overnight after a few years of suffering from health conditions, for the animals on this earth that go through needless suffering, for my fellow humans, for my faith and values, and for our beautiful planet. I believe that veganism is the way of the future and I am grateful that I had the realization and awakening that I did.

In between working and home life, I enjoy embroidery, cleaning, reading, walks at Point Defiance, and going to Farmer's Markets. My favorite city in the world is Portland, Oregon and they have some of the best vegan food. I was a student skydiver in my early 30s and I have 15 jumps. My favorite foods are chickpea and quinoa tempeh, refried beans, vegan queso, tacos, and mashed potatoes.

I have quite a few favorite TV shows including: She-Hulk, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Upload, Resident Alien, and I Love Lucy. My favorite movies are City of Angels, A Walk in the Clouds, Point Break, and The Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind.
